  1. Getting ready for winter flying.
Join Paul Hamilton as he takes experienced student pilot flying a Revo trike over Lake Tahoe to Desolation Wilderness and Pyramid Peak in 30 MPH winds aloft. Here you get the story of how to fly in the High Sierra Mountains with high winds aloft. Spectacular views of the Sierra record snow fall in snow covered mountains south west of Lake Tahoe.

  2. Jim, first I use the ski goggle cloth that is designed to eliminate fogging up. Second keep the ventilation going. Anytime any fogging starts open the face shield to get more ventilation. Typically, face shield completely up until takeoff. Once flying, typically it is ok with it down. If fogging starts I lift the face shield up one “click” and the fogging typically is reduced.
