Liability waiver for passengers?
Does anyone know if there is a standard boiler plate liability waiver for pilots to have their passengers sign? I just want to CYA and avoid paying for extra insurance

Mike Hudetz has some type form he uses for passengers.

I don’t think that any piece of paper will help you. The lawyers will drag you through the court till the last penny in your account. I don’t take anybody, because I don’t want to end up homeless. We cannot buy insurance in Canada for an ultralight in motion and of course nothing for passenger too, but it doesn’t matter. Just don’t do it.
