So I think we should also have a trike map of friendly airports. Recently one of my friends took a trip to some different states and came across some very friendly and not so friendly airports towards trikes. Now we all know that the public airports can’t stop us licensed pilots from flying in but how about the private airports. A map of friendly airports would be so valuable when planning cross countries and also planning areas to go explore. Anyone able to make a trike friendly map?

KRPJ in Rochelle, Il is one of them. I fly out of there all the time. There’s also a Trike flying school based there. About 15 trikes are hangared there. One mile long paved runway and a parallel grass grass runway as well. They also have ethanol free 91 Octane “auto” gas. For trikes and other rotax aircraft. (Plus the usual 100LL and jet fuel)
