When is the next trike flyin? I am interested in flying across a few states.
I know we are all long distances apart but would anyone ever have any interest in doing a flight across multiple states?

Arizona is an amazing state to fly across, i would certainly be interested in that and fly towards other states. Or if someone organized some other multi state fly, i would work towards participating in that. I have yet to get a trailer but am considering getting one.

Hello, I love your videos. Have you ever flown up Zion and Brice area?? Also the multi state flyin sounds really cool idea. I need to get with Larry or a demo ride!!!! Wonder if he has plan to fly up Oshkosh. I know he takes a lot of gear. Anyway, hello from Central Ohio!

We haven’t flown up that way yet but certainly would. That whole area is amazing. Actually all of Arizona is also amazing to fly. Diane and I would love to be part of a big adventure get a group of pilots together to fly multi states. Something like the show Motorkite Dreaming would be fun to film. When it cools off I plan on doing a Documentary flying around Tombstone. Something similar to our Oatman Massacre video. Amazing history and fun to film from the air.

Let me know when you want to do Tombstone. We can offer you space in a hangar and go with in the Revo. We fly Tombstone, Bisbee and the Dragoon Mtns often. Close by are Johny Ringo’s grave in the Chiricahua Mtns and the spot where Curly Bill was killed by Wyatt Earp in the Whetstone Mtns.

Hi Kip. We haven’t flown there. Would love to go up there and do some filming! That would be great if you can go fly with Larry. That whole experience is a blast and really worth the fun and learning experience. Thanks for your support for our videos. They are a lot of fun to do and it makes it more fun to have people along for the ride!. Trikes attract a lot of nice, fun and adventure type people.

Hey Roger, how many states do you want to cross😆. You and Diane are always welcome to our place in Georgia (airpark GE05). The Triple Tree fly-in (SC00 in NC) seems to be an impromptu trike fly-in amongst the other aircraft. Check out their website. Looks like Sept 19th – 25th 2022.

The Balloon fest in Albuquerque would be fun to fly to for a start. Anyone ever flown there?

I have been told that fliers other than ballonists are strictly prohibited and monitored during the balloon fiesta. So said some balloon pilots and ground crew when we attentended the 2021 show.

Regarding flying around the Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque, the comment regarding restrictions (during the event) of only Balloonists is quite correct. It occurs the first week of October, and years ago was a very predictable “box” effect over the Rio Grande. I’m unsure of restrictions before or after.

a couple at least. I called the trailer manufacturer the other day and they told me they are still a year out from being able to deliver a trailer.

As many as possible. I know it is hard to organize but that could be so much fun and adventure.

The guys over in New Mexico have a couple of fly-ins every year. I’ve done the Monument Valley Fly-In and have had a blast. They had one out of Marble Canyon many years ago that was pretty spectacular. Maybe Frank Dempsey can shed more info on this years activities. However they have had a lot of wildfires over that way.

I’ve been to Triple Tree twice and I know Ken has been there also. I’ve always thought it would be a great cross country for you guys. Seems the trikers make there own camp area.

Hey Jim, we are really excited to be going to Trikefest this year. We missed it last year because it was not back to back with Oshkosh, but on the 4th of July instead. Way to go Mike Hudetz for putting on this event.
