So Mosaic won’t affect LSRI? It would be nice if iMosaic would allow some commercial activities since there is no commercial license for WSC.

I tend to also use Windy, but when things look sketchy I try looking at all the different models to see if they agree. I also use ryancarlton which is a balloon site and in the morning I will check rucsoundings.noaa.gov. All three sites give a pretty wind info. I also will check windy for forcasted precipitation, plus weather undergrounds ground stations.

How about the trike? All the trikes that I have seen crossing borders have had foreign registrations. How is Light Sport seen overseas or even in Canada. How about Experimental Light Sport?

Well I know it can survive 30mph coming head on. Not sure from the rear. I picked this method up from an Australian video. I believe jefftrike also uses this method.

The guys over in New Mexico have a couple of fly-ins every year. I’ve done the Monument Valley Fly-In and have had a blast. They had one out of Marble Canyon many years ago that was pretty spectacular. Maybe Frank Dempsey can shed more info on this years activities. However they have had a lot of wildfires over that way.
